Jenna Swift is a motivated and community-focused leader whose career has grown quickly through hard work and a genuine commitment to the people around her. She began her professional journey at Matt Smith Real Estate Group, where her drive and leadership quickly propelled her from receptionist to Chief Operating Officer in just four years. Along the way, she learned every part of the business, built strong relationships inside the communities she served, and discovered a passion for leadership and helping others succeed. 
 
Jenna’s commitment to her community runs deep. She’s actively involved in the Rolla Chamber of Commerce, The Collective Young Professionals Group, the Rolla Downtown Business Association, and the Rolla Loop, among many other local organizations. Whether she’s attending chamber events, organizing volunteer initiatives, or helping spearhead community projects, Jenna thrives on creating meaningful partnerships that make a lasting impact. She believes strongly in the power of collaboration and is always looking for ways to elevate others and strengthen the places she calls home. 
Throughout her career, Jenna has remained dedicated to both personal and professional growth, not only for herself but for the teams she leads. She has served on leadership boards for several organizations and has facilitated and led high-level masterminds and webinars alongside top operators from across the country to elevate strategy, performance, and industry standards. 
 
Today, Jenna brings her passion, energy, and enthusiasm to her role as Director of Sales and Marketing at United Veteran Benefits Agency. Guided by a mission she believes in wholeheartedly, she is proud to contribute to an organization that advocates for and supports the veteran community. With both her grandfather and father having served in the United States Air Force, Jenna’s work carries personal meaning. She is driven by a profound respect for veterans and a commitment to ensuring they receive the care, recognition, and benefits they deserve.
