Truman VA to Hold Groundbreaking Event for New Rolla Outpatient Clinic

Who:              Veterans, their families, and other stakeholders to include congressional staff, Veteran Service Organizations, Truman VA staff, the public, and the media

What:             Truman VA will hold a groundbreaking ceremony to celebrate the start of construction of the medical center’s newest community-based outpatient clinic (CBOC). The new multispecialty CBOC will be Truman VA’s largest outpatient health facility. VA leadership will deliver remarks, followed by a ceremonial dig to initiate the start of construction.

When:            10 a.m. Thursday, Aug. 7, 2025

Where:          13063 Old Wire Road, Rolla, Missouri

Why:              Once construction is completed, the Rolla VA Clinic will replace Truman VA’s St. James facility located just 10 miles down the road. The purpose of opening a new, much larger outpatient clinic is to offer area Veterans more leading-edge health services closer to home.
