2021 St. Pat's Reverse Parade

           Missouri University of Science and Technology’s St. Pat’s Board invites your business to participate in this year’s version of the Saint Patrick’s Day Parade. The theme this year is “St. Pat’s in Paradise.” As you may know the St. Pat’s Board coordinates the parade and other festivities, and we are working hard to provide a wholesome celebration that the whole family can enjoy.  
           We would like to ease any concerns or anxieties that you may have about participating in this event. To minimize COVID-19 risks to all parties involved, the parade will instead be a “reverse parade” taking place at Rolla Lion’s Club Park Saturday, March 13, 2021. A reverse parade is where the floats and attractions are stationary and spectators drive through the park. The park will be mapped out into assigned sections for all participating groups. Each section will have enough space in between the neighboring section to have adequate distance from other organizations. Each section will also have enough space to social distance within your own organization, which will be strongly encouraged. Masks are required to be worn by all participants. Organizations in the parade will not be allowed to hand out items to spectators, like in previous years. This is to prevent physical interaction with spectators and to keep the cars constantly moving through the route. Our sincere wish is to make the experience as safe, easy, and memorable as possible for your organization. 
We really hope that you and your business will join us to support and participate in this Saint Patrick’s Day effort. Help us make the 113^th annual celebration a big one and plan to also join us for the 114^th the following year. Parade Details 

• Deadline to register is February 26, 2021 
• Set-up starts at 8:00 a.m. March 13, 2021 
• Parade start time is 10:00 a.m. March 13, 2021 
• Tear down time will start immediately after the parade ends at approx. 1 p.m.
