About Us
Non-profit charity/ Phelps County Dream Center provides free groceries to those in need in Phelps County twice monthly and is developing partnerships with community organizations to provide skills training classes and programming to serve lower-income families. A new facility offers space for these activities with a commercial kitchen, classrooms and reception lobby.
