About Us

Brown Rentals offers high quality duplex, 4plex and 6plex apartments for rent in Rolla, Missouri. We have a complete line of 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom, and 3 bedroom apartments in various Rolla locations. Our rental units are in well maintained neighborhoods conveniently located near the University of Missouri S&T campus, local shopping, hospitals, and the Rolla School system.

We offer low move-in deposits. Our apartments are all electric with central heat and air conditioning and most include a washer and dryer.

We have a full time rental staff to serve you as well as two full time maintenance employees, should you need them.

Our office also manages properties for owners who are not local, do not have time, or just do not want to deal with the daily hassles of owning rental property. We handle the leasing, collecting rent, tenant complaints, mowing, repairs, inspecting, cleaning, painting, and more so you don't have to.
