Position Overview
Grounds Crew Members are responsible for helping maintain our 18-hole championship golf course and surrounding club grounds. This position plays a vital role in providing the high-quality course conditions our members and guests expect.

Responsibilities

• Mow greens, tees, fairways, rough, and other turf areas
• Operate and maintain golf course equipment safely
• Rake bunkers and set the golf course for daily play
• Change cups, tee markers, and ball washers
• Trim around trees, cart paths, and landscaping
• Assist with irrigation repairs and watering as needed
• Help with course improvement projects
• Keep the course clean, safe, and well-maintained
• Perform other grounds maintenance duties as assigned

• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Dependable, punctual, and willing to work as part of a team
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Experience in golf course maintenance or landscaping is preferred but not required—we are willing to train the right candidate.

• Full-time and part-time positions available

• Early morning shifts (typically beginning around 5:00–6:00 AM)
