Outside Services Attendant - Golf Operations

Location: Oak Meadow Country Club – Rolla, Missouri

Pay: $13.75/hour
Reports To: General Manager / Director of Golf

Position Summary:

Oak Meadow Country Club is seeking enthusiastic and dependable individuals to join our Outside Services team. As an Outside Services Attendant, you’ll be the first point of contact for our members and guests, playing a key role in delivering a high-quality golf experience. This role is perfect for those who enjoy working outdoors, providing exceptional service, and being part of a close-knit team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, clean, and stage golf carts for daily use

• Maintain the practice facility, including collecting and cleaning range balls

• Keep cart barn and staging areas clean, safe, and organized

• Provide guests with general course information including conditions, pace of play, and amenities

• Assist with setup and breakdown for tournaments and events

• Work closely and communicate with Pro Shop staff and other team members

• Deliver exceptional service that reflects Oak Meadow’s high standards of hospitality

Requirements:

• Dependable, punctual, and strong interpersonal skills

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors on your feet for long periods

• Weekend and holiday availability required

• Golf knowledge a plus, but not necessary

• Valid driver's license preferred (for cart operation)

• Must present a professional appearance and follow the club’s dress code
