Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team in providing exceptional guest services at our hotel. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a commitment to ensuring that every guest has a memorable experience. As the first point of contact for guests, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and managing various front desk operations.
Duties
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a warm and friendly atmosphere.
- Manage the check-in and check-out processes efficiently, providing guests with necessary information about their stay.
- Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications.
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests promptly, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions in the hotel management system.
- Assist with billing inquiries and process payments as required.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery for guests.
- Uphold hotel policies and procedures while maintaining confidentiality regarding guest information.
- Proven experience in front desk operations or hospitality management is preferred.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills are essential for effective guest interaction.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Self-sufficiency and the ability to problem-solve is crucial.
- A genuine passion for providing outstanding guest services in a hotel environment is highly valued.
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Must be 21+
- Must have completed high school diploma or equivalency
- Must have reliable transportation
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $12.50 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 28 per week
