Spa Attendant (Full-Time / Part-Time)

To help us maintain our high standards of hospitality and cleanliness, we are seeking a detailed-oriented, energetic, and welcoming Spa Attendant to join our team.
 
Position Overview
As a Spa Attendant, you are the backbone of our daily operations and the quiet force behind our peaceful atmosphere. You will ensure the spa environment remains immaculate, peaceful, and fully stocked while interacting with guests to provide exceptional service. This is a fantastic entry-level role for someone passionate about hospitality, wellness, and customer care.
 
Key Responsibilities
Maintain Spa Ambiance: Continually tidy, clean, and sanitize guest areas, including the locker rooms, relaxation lounges, treatment rooms, and common areas.
Linen & Supply Management: Manage the heavy rotation of spa laundry (towels, robes, sheets). Ensure clean linens and amenities are always stocked and beautifully presented.
Guest Hospitality: Warmly greet guests, guide them to locker rooms or relaxation lounges, and explain spa amenities. Provide refreshments and assist with guest requests to ensure a luxurious experience.
Support the Team: Assist therapists, estheticians, and front-desk coordinators by quickly turning over treatment rooms and keeping operations running smoothly.
Compliance & Safety: Adhere to all local health, sanitation, and safety guidelines to maintain a pristine wellness environment.
 
Qualifications & Skills
Experience: Previous experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, or a spa environment is preferred, but we are happy to train the right person with a stellar attitude!
Attention to Detail: An eye for cleanliness and presentation—you notice the little things that elevate a guest's experience.
Physical Stamina: Ability to stay on your feet for extended periods, bend, lift up to 30lbs, and handle a fast-paced laundry/cleaning routine.
 
Communication Skills: A friendly, professional, and calm demeanor with both guests and team members.
Flexibility: Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings, to meet business needs.
