MI Serenity is seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate Employee Relations Coordinator to join our team! In this role, you’ll support staff through onboarding, training, scheduling, and HR processes while helping us deliver the highest quality services to individuals with developmental disabilities and mental illness.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED (higher education a plus)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Compassion for individuals with disabilities
• Proficiency in MS Office (including Publisher)
