DIRECT SUPPORT PROFESSIONALS
Starting pay for all Direct Support Professionals is at least $15.00 per hour. If you work a weekend shift, you will earn an additional $1.00 per hour, bringing your rate to $16.00 per hour.
We are seeking individuals for daytime, evening, and weekend positions. While other organizations may be downsizing, we are expanding!

Qualifications:
- Must have reliable transportation to get to and from work.
- Ability to think on your feet, work well with a team, and be a positive role model for our consumers.
- Passion for helping individuals with developmental disabilities live independently.
- Ability to work in an ISL (Independent Supportive Living) home environment.
- Must have communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Capable of handling the physical demands of the job, including bending, lifting, and walking.
- Availability to work evenings and weekends (weekend pay provided).
- Must have a high school diploma or GED.
- Must have a valid driver's license and pass a background check.
