FULL-TIME MAINTENANCE MANAGER

MI Serenity is looking for a full-time Maintenance Manager to join our growing team!
 
Schedule:
Monday – Friday
7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
 
We are looking for someone who has EXCELLENT ATTENDANCE, is HONEST, ORGANIZED, and able to MANAGE OTHERS with excellent people skills. These are non-negotiable qualities.
 
Required Skills:
 
* Drywall repair
* Painting
* Mowing
* Basic electrical knowledge
* Plumbing knowledge
* General home repairs
* Ability to lift over 50 pounds
* All-around handyman skills
 
Additional Duties May Include:
 
* Farm skills (driving a tractor, operating equipment, etc.)
* Strong work ethic
* Excellent attendance
* Flexibility with occasional schedule changes
* Organizational skills
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
* Basic computer skills
* Maintain the privacy and confidentiality of individuals living in a home environment
* Ability to pass a criminal background screening
