About the Role:

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Maintenance Technician to help maintain the curb appeal, safety, and cleanliness of our manufactured home communities. This position is primarily focused on lawn care, landscaping, and general exterior maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

·  Mow lawns, trim edges, and maintain landscaping throughout the community

·  Remove weeds, leaves, and other debris from common areas

·  Maintain and clean common areas such as playgrounds, parking lots, and sidewalks

·  Ensure homesites are clear of trash and hazards

·  Assist with light exterior repairs and touch-ups as needed

·  Perform seasonal upkeep such as snow removal or leaf cleanup (as applicable)

·  Respond to maintenance requests related to grounds or exterior upkeep

·  Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies

Requirements:

·  Experience in groundskeeping, lawn care, or general maintenance preferred

·  Ability to operate landscaping tools and equipment (e.g., mower, trimmer, leaf blower)

·  Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work

·  Physical ability to lift, bend, walk, and work outdoors in varying weather conditions

·  Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

·  Professional references required
