Early Childhood Director

The Community Partnership is seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Early Childhood Director to support childcare providers in the South Central Region. The ideal candidate will have expertise in child development, early education best practices, and is skilled in adult learning strategies. The position is responsible for delivering evidence based training to childcare providers and conducting on site coaching visits. This role involves working directly with childcare providers to ensure young children (ages 0-5) have access to high quality learning experience. 

Requirements: 

• Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education or CDA
• Proven experience in childcare setting
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in childcare education 
• Strong understanding of early childhood development and evidence based teaching strategies
• Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with divers teams and families 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office data entry skills
