Front Desk Receptionist

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Field telephone calls
Take and enter orders over phone and in person
Greeting customers with an upbeat and positive attitude
Create spreadsheets, presentations, and marketing materials
Routing drivers for delivery in a most efficient way
Maintain an organized filing system
Conduct internet research
Place orders for floral shop needs on daily basis
Enter data into reports as needed
Create email and postal mail campaigns
Update floral website on as needed basis
Help with inventory pricing, management, and shelving
Process new products and floral shipments
Daily housekeeping duties to keep the shop neat and tidy
Qualifications
Previous customer service experience required
High school diploma/ General education degree (GED)
Must have good oral and written communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and fast-changing work environment and respond appropriately to priority/last minute orders that come into the florist
Familiarity of the Rolla area
Exceptional attention to detail
Ability to organize and create orderly systems
Experienced in computer technology that includes excel, google docs, and social media marketing
Ability to multi-task and work with multiple system at the same time
Social Media knowledge to help with posting and marketing
Reliable, consistent, organized, friendly and willing to learn and adaptable to changes
Ability to work most Saturdays and holidays
Valid Drivers License
Must be able to handle difficult situations with minimal supervision
Ability to lift and carry products and other materials up to 40 lbs
Must be able to meet deadlines and keep designers organized
