Maintenance Technician
Full job description
Investment Realty, Inc. is expanding our maintenance staff and we are looking for an experienced and professional individual to fill a full-time role.
This position requires a self-motivated person who can handle several time sensitive tasks, and excellent time management skills. Applicant should be familiar with general maintenance items including painting, lawn maintenance, property beautification, light plumbing, and electrical.
Position requires 40 hours per week Monday thru Friday. Position is provided a company vehicle and tools to use during the workday.
Ideal applicants should exhibit a high level of professionalism, communication skills, knowledge of property maintenance, and possess problem solving skills.
Salary/Benefits:
Salary based compensation $48,000-50,000/yr to start

Qualifications:
Minimum High school diploma or equivalent
18 Years of age minimum
Possess a valid driver license.
