We are a full service CPA firm. Some of the services we offer are business and individual tax returns, payroll, bookkeeping, and estate planning. Our mission is to help businesses have a strong understanding of their financial well-being so they can make educated business decisions that benefit their businesses financially.
Our team is searching for an experienced, reliable, and task-oriented Administrative Assistant. The ideal candidate is highly self-motivated, professional, and capable of managing their work load and prioritizing tasks. The candidate will work Monday to Friday, 8AM to 5PM (January – April 15th), April 16th to December close at 1 on Fridays.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate communications, including taking calls, responding to emails, and interfacing with clients
- Schedule meetings and appointments
- Pulling files and managing the job tracking software
- Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents
- Uphold a strict level of confidentiality
- Other clerical duties including paying bills
Skills
- Microsoft Office skills, with an ability to become familiar with firm-specific programs and software
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, multi-tasking skills
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to keep information private and confidential
- Administrative and clerical experience is preferred but not required
