Administrative Assistant
We are a full service CPA firm. Some of the services we offer are business and individual tax returns, payroll, bookkeeping, and estate planning. Our highest priority is to give our clients peace of mind. Our team is searching for an experienced, reliable, and task-oriented Administrative Assistant. The ideal candidate is highly self-motivated, professional, and capable of managing their work load and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced professional environment. This is for a part-time position. Hours throughout the work day would be discussed.
Responsibilities

Coordinate communications, including taking calls, responding to emails, and interfacing with clients

Prepare internal and external documents for team members

Schedule meetings and appointments and manage travel itineraries

Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents

Uphold a strict level of confidentiality
Skills

Advanced Microsoft Office skills, with an ability to become familiar with firm-specific programs and software
