Operations & Client Success Coordinator

Fired Synapse is looking for a highly organized, proactive team member to help drive internal coordination and deliver an excellent customer experience. This hybrid role combines project coordination, executive support, and customer success responsibilities.
You will work closely with company leadership, internal delivery teams, and clients to keep projects moving, improve communication, and ensure priorities do not fall through the cracks. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys structure, communication, and solving problems in a growing company.
What you’ll do

  • Coordinate project schedules, meetings, deadlines, and follow-ups
  • Track action items and help keep internal teams aligned
  • Support leadership with scheduling, planning, communications, and organization
  • Prepare meeting notes, summaries, and status updates
  • Help new clients onboard and ensure a smooth experience
  • Maintain regular communication with customers during projects and service delivery
  • Identify client concerns early and help route them to the right team
  • Assist with improving internal workflows, templates, and operating processes

Preferred experience
  • IT services, managed services, professional services, or B2B support environment
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 and project/task management tools
  • Experience supporting a business owner or executive
  • Experience in customer onboarding or client relationship management
